Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Delivery Times

• United States: 5–9 business days
• Canada: 10–18 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

While most packages arrive on the earlier end, please allow extra time during peak periods (holidays, sales events).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at contact@tryslova.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
